Job agent · 100K users Tal → Tal Boss We took Tal from first build to 100K users — it searched thousands of roles, learned what each person wanted, and returned the best matches. Then our users pointed us further, and Tal became Tal Boss, where candidates reach hiring managers directly. 200K+ audio interviews Round1 AI I helped scale Round1 past 200K AI-led audio interviews — more than three years of continuous interview audio. The work spanned metrics, Voice AI, and the product changes that made it commercially viable. Internal tool · powers Round1 Tal’s Den I designed Tal’s Den, an internal tool that turns Round1’s interview corpus into a ranked view of the strongest people in the pipeline. The accompanying paper is now in review. Prototype Peec Give it a brand and it builds a first AI-visibility workspace: market context, competitors, and the prompts customers are likely to ask. Weekend build Harilal A multiplayer office radio where colleagues queue, vote, and let an AI DJ develop surprisingly firm opinions.
